How It Works:

1. Recent Blood Work Labs Required:
   To ensure the best results, your blood work labs (the report you receive after your blood is drawn and tested by a lab) must have been completed within the last month. If you haven’t had your labs done yet, we suggest using our convenient service to ensure all necessary panels are included:

   If you choose to provide your own labs, please note that they must match the required panels, and there will be an additional charge as it takes your practitioner longer to review non-standard reports.

2. Request a Telephone Consultation Time:
   Schedule your 1-on-1 telephone consultation with our naturopathic doctors, trained by Dr. Sten Ekberg. Your practitioner meets weekly with Dr. Ekberg to review cases and ensure you receive expert guidance. We will provide a detailed and personalized review of your results, considering both your past health history and current complaints.

3. Receive a Tailored Health Plan:
   During your consultation, you’ll get a customized plan that not only addresses your lab results but also includes recommendations on lifestyle, supplements, and diet, all based on a holistic understanding of your health history and current concerns.

Why You Need Blood Work Labs

Your blood work labs report is key to understanding your health. Your practitioner will review a wide range of markers and combine this with your health history and current complaints to create the most effective care plan. Ordering labs through us ensures that nothing is missed, while using external labs may lead to additional charges and delays if they don’t match our required panels.

What To Expect From The Consultation

Once you have completed your labs and requested an appointment we will contact you to select a suitable time for the doctor to meet with you via phone or video.

During the 30-minute consultation, the doctor will review your health history, blood work, and address your main health concerns. The doctor will then recommend specific supplements, dietary changes, and lifestyle changes customized specifically for you based on the findings.

Following your consultation with the doctor, your health coach will contact you within 1-3 business days to discuss the doctor's recommendations and get any recommended supplements ready for shipping. The call with your health coach will last approximately 15 minutes. They will also provide you with dietary recommendations and instructions on how to take your supplements.
