2. Complete Your Lab Work: Visit your local Labcorp office and complete your lab work. Please allow 7 business days for results, as this is a manual process.

3. Schedule Your Consultation: Once your results are ready, schedule your personalized consultation with one of our expert practitioners. During your call, we’ll explain your results and provide a complete health strategy.

4. Receive Your Tailored Health Plan: After your consultation, you’ll get a customized health plan based on your lab results, past health history, and current complaints.

What To Expect From The Consultation:

Once you have completed your labs and requested an appointment we will contact you to select a suitable time for the doctor to meet with you via phone or video.

During the 30-minute consultation, the doctor will review your health history, blood work, and address your main health concerns. The doctor will then recommend specific supplements, dietary changes, and lifestyle changes customized specifically for you based on the findings.

Following your consultation with the doctor, your health coach will contact you within 1-3 business days to discuss the doctor's recommendations and get any recommended supplements ready for shipping. The call with your health coach will last approximately 15 minutes. They will also provide you with dietary recommendations and instructions on how to take your supplements.
