Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Calcium 30 mg, Sodium 10 mg. Proprietary Blend 109 mg: Magnesium citrate and bovine thyroid PMG™ extract (processed to substantially remove its thyroxine). Other Ingredients: Calcium lactate, cellulose, and calcium stearate.
